enamored

「enamored」是「沉迷、陶醉」，例如：

Most visitors to Paris are enamored with the city.（大部份來到巴黎的訪客，都會被這城市迷住。）

Alice is enamored of the sound of her own voice.（愛麗絲陶醉於自己的嗓音。）

Ancient Romans were enamored with the smell of roses, I became totally enamored of the wildflowers there.（古羅馬人獨鍾玫瑰香味，我特別喜歡那裡的野花。）

embark

「embark」是「登船或登機」，也就是「從事，著手」，例如：

We stood on the pier and watched as they embarked. （我們站在碼頭上，目送他們登船。）

When you embark on something, you are starting it.（當你『embark』一件事，就表示你『開始著手 了』。）

It seems we are going to embark for the moon.（看樣子，我們不久就要登陸月球了。）

attribute

「attribute」是「特質、象徵」，例如：

Curiosity is a normal attribute of human behaviour.（好奇是人的天性之一。）

This little girl’s outstanding attribute was her kindness.（這個小女孩最顯著的特質是善良。）

The crown is an attribute of kingship.（皇冠是王位的象徵。）
