At the third sermon on the Four Noble Truths, called 珧Turning the Dharma Wheel for Realization"{12}, the Buddha told the Five Bhiksus that he had realized the Four Noble Truths, and that they too possessed the potential to actualize the Four Noble Truths if they practiced diligently. The content says: 珧Thus is suffering, I have known; thus is the cause of suffering, I have eradicated; thus is the cessation of suffering, I have actualized; thus is the path, I have practiced."
The three turnings of the Dharma Wheel to the Five Bhiksus revealed the compassion and wisdom of the Buddha, the greatest master of education. With his great abilities, he expounded his teachings with patience and skills, analyzed problems thoroughly, and used different expedient means to guide sentient beings who have different capacities. He had the abilities to find cures for any illness. He was capable of using different kinds of Dharma talks to meet different demands by sentient beings so that they could attain the benefits from learning the Dharma. He would not give up on any sentient beings. As the saying goes, 珧Medicine does not have pricing as expensive or cheap, it only serves its purpose if it can cure sickness; Dharma does not have level as high or low, it only brings benefit to those who can understand it.珣Regardless of what we do, knowing the right methods will make us succeed. As such, the Buddha had left his example as the great master in educating sentient beings.
