The New Year Parade 新年大遊行

M:New year is coming. I feel so excited.

P:Why? Anything special?

M:My parents are bringing me to the United Kingdom for the New

Year Parade.

P:What's that? Never heard of "New Year Parade."

M:Yeah. That's my very first time as well. My mom told me that in

the United Kingdom,they have a parade every year on the first day

of the year. In the parade, you can see many people marching on

the streets to celebrate the coming of the new year.

P:Wow! That's cool. I wish I could go with you.

M:Maybe you will. It's hard to tell.

Ｍ：新年就要到了，我好興奮哦。

Ｐ：為什麼啊？有什麼特別的事嗎？

Ｍ：我爸媽要帶我去英國參加新年大遊行。

Ｐ：那是什麼東西啊？我怎麼沒聽過什麼新年大遊行。

Ｍ：是啊，我也是第一次聽過新年大遊行這東西。聽我媽說，在英國

他們每年都會在新年的第一天舉辦這樣的遊行。遊行的時候，大家都

走到街上來慶祝新年的到來。

Ｐ：真棒。好希望我也能去。

Ｍ：說不定，你有一天也會去，很難講的。
