“The Sangha community relies on vinaya to exist; the existence of Dharma is relies on the existence of Sangha.” “Sangha” is a Sanskrit word which means “harmonious community,” It refers to a community of monastics who live together in harmony and observes the Buddhadharma. All afflictions eradicated and the truth which realized by everyone are all the same and are no different. Every member of the community speaks, acts, and thinks by observing six essential requirements with harmony and no dispute. Therefore, the monastics are referred as the “Sangha of the Six Points of Reverent Harmony.” The six harmonies are as follows:
1.Harmony of aims{1}: A common set of views and ideology are established, where they share a common understanding of Buddhadharma. They regard the Buddhadharma as the highest standard and guideline for managing matters. This is a unity of ideas.
2.Harmony of discipline{2}: everyone is equal before the law. Everyone develops the habit of observing the laws and regulations, and live a fair and reasonable life. This is the equality of a legal system.
3.Harmony of benefit{3}: in terms of benefits, everything is equally distributed among all, and together they enjoy the welfare and care. Consequently, everyone can have a stable and comfortable life. This is the equality of benefits.
