Ubuntu

被形容為「美到無法翻譯」的「Ubuntu」是一個古非洲語詞，意思是「樂於分享」，因為「一個人透過他人的存在而存在」，強調群體之間的同甘共苦的歸屬感；也意味：「我與他人緊緊相連，我們都在同一種生活之中、密不可分。」

Ubuntu也是一個Linux作業系統（像微軟Windows作業系統，或Apple的Mac OS一樣），這個也用在伺服器上的作業系統強調：「Ubuntu永遠免費，在同樣自由的團隊上，將最好的工作成果帶給每一個人。」

motivate

「motivate」是「引起動機；激勵、激發」，例如：

You have first got to motivate the children and then to teach them, a good teacher has to be able to motivate her students.（妳必須先鼓舞孩子，然後再教他們，好老師必須能夠激勵她的學生。）

Mr. wang tried hard to motivate his daughter to clean up her room.（王先生努力激勵女兒主動收拾房間。）

Students feel more motivated to learn when they enjoy what they are doing.（當學生享受自己所做的事情時，會更有動力學習。）

bliss

「bliss」是「極樂、至喜、」，例如：

Swimming on a hot summer day is sheer bliss.（在炎熱的夏天游泳，感覺快樂無比。）

Reading takes me to eternal bliss where I don't know where the current is going to take me.（沉醉閱讀時，不知道故事情節將把我帶往何處，感到永恆的幸福。）

What sheer bliss not to have to clock watch anymore!（不用再擔心時間的問題，真是太開心了。）
