Relaxing
Alice:Wow, I love relaxing after a long day of work.
Sophie:Me too! How do you like to relax?
Alice:I like to practice yoga.
Sophie:You do yoga? That’s cool!
Alice:Yeah, I have a really nice instructor.
Sophie:Do you know a lot of different moves?
Alice:Yeah, they feel really good, mentally and physically.
Sophie:I bet. I like to meditate.
Alice:Oh really? How do you meditate?
Sophie:light candles and close my eyes.
Alice:That sounds really peaceful.
Sophie:It sure is. It’s a great way to escape from stress.
Alice:Life can be pretty stressful.
Sophie:I agree. Everything is more fast-paced in recent years.
Alice:Yeah, that’s why it’s nice to relax yourself.
Sophie:Doing physical exercises like yoga really relaxes the mind, too.
Alice:It does. The mind and body are connected in everything.
Sophie:When I feel good physically, I tend to be in a better mood.
Alice:Me too! I hate getting stressed out.
Sophie:Same here. I get really tired and my body aches.
Alice:I think I want to go do some relaxing right now.
Sophie:Cool, I’ll come with you!

愛麗絲:是啊,這就是為什麼放鬆真的很好。
蘇 菲:做像瑜伽這樣的運動真的也能放鬆心情。
愛麗絲:是這樣沒錯。心靈和身體完全相關。
蘇 菲:身體狀況好時,我也會有好心情。
愛麗絲:我也是!我討厭神經緊繃。
蘇 菲:我也是一樣!身體痠痛時會覺得特別疲勞。
愛麗絲:我想現在去放鬆一下。
