智度菩薩母，方便以為父。

一切眾導師，無不由是生。

法喜以為妻，慈悲心為女，

善心誠實男，畢竟空寂舍。

Wisdom is the Mother

of All Bodhisattvas

Wisdom is the mother of all bodhisattvas,

Skillful means is the father.

Among all guides and teachers,

None are not born from these parents.

Joy in the Dharma is the wife,

Compassion is the daughter,

Kindness and sincerity are the sons.

Ultimately, Dharma is the home.

菩薩行

雖行於空，而植眾德本，是菩薩行；

雖行無相，而廣度眾生，是菩薩行；

雖行無行，而現有受身，是菩薩行。

Practice of the

Bodhisattva

Practice in the realm of emptiness,

While cultivating all kinds of virtues,

Such is the practice of the bodhisattva.

Practice in the realm of formlessness,

While delivering all sentient beings,

Such is the practice of the bodhisattva.

Practice in the realm of wishlessness,

While manifesting in the world,

Such is the practice of the bodhisattva.
