Julia Jackson just rented an apartment in a big apartment complex. Now she is talking to Ed Wilson, the maintenance worker who is on duty.

J：Hi! This is Julia Jackson, and I just moved into Apartment 315.

E：Hi! I'm Ed Wilson. How can I help you

J：Well, some of the household appliances aren't working properly, and I was wondering if you could help me with them.

E：Certainly. What needs to be repaired

J：O.K., the oven is not hot enough, the air conditioner does not provide enough cool air, and one ceiling light doesn't work even after I changed the light bulb.

E：Maybe the light needs a new starter. What else

J：I also have a leaky faucet, the toilet is blocked, and some of the bathroom wall tiles are missing.

E：Don't worry about that. We have some spare tiles. I'll check everything first, and if necessary, I will call a plumber or an electrician.

J：I appreciate that very much. So, when is a good time for you to come

E：I'll be there in five minutes.
