B:My mom said she used to write a letter to her friends to keep in touch so every time when she received a letter from a friend, she always opened it with excitement. Don't you think it's amazing
J:Yes, it's a good way to keep in touch, but it seldom happens in today's world. Fewer people write a letter to their friend because it's too time-wasting. Text-messaging is much more convenient and ef-ficient.
B:You are right. That's why I always send text mes-sages to my friends to get an instant reply. But it seems that contacting friends through this way lacks something. Besides, with one thumb tapping, all the messages between my friends and me can be gone right away, and no more memories are left.
J:I can tell you must be a very nostalgic person.
