B:( Eating potato chips ) Want some Chips with salsa is my favorite.
J:You are on a diet, aren't you I remembered someone said that she was too fat and wanted to lose some weight.
B:Ok, I admit it's me. But after being on a week's diet, I gave up. I didn't lose any weight. Besides, I am starving every day. It seems that every food is calling me,saying,"Eat me! I am delicious."
J:The main problem is that you ate too much and you didn't eat properly before. But changing your eating habit and starting eating nothing wouldn't do any good to your health. You are still growing.
B:So now I am having my chips.
J:But if you really don't want to gain too much weight, you should avoid junk food between meals. The best solution is have regular meals only,and then you will lose weight.
B:I'll think about it later after finishing the bag of chips.

珍妮:妳不是在節食嗎?我記得有人說過自己太胖想要瘦一點吧。
貝蒂:好吧,我承認是我說的。但是在一個禮拜的節食後,我就放棄了。我根本沒有瘦。另外,我每天都好餓。似乎每樣食物都在呼喚我說:「來吃我!我很好吃的。」
珍妮:主要問題是之前妳吃太多而且是不正常的吃。但是改變妳的飲食習慣開始不吃任何東西,也不會對妳的健康帶來任何好處啊。妳還在成長呢。
貝蒂:所以我現在在吃洋芋片。
珍妮:但是妳如果真的不想胖太多,你應該避免掉正餐外的垃圾食物。最好的方法是只正餐,那妳就一定會瘦的。
貝蒂:吃完這包後,我會去好好的思考一下的。
