4.Harmony of view{4}：on the spiritual level, the same ideals and path are shared by all. No one will bicker over personal benefits or gain and loss. Instead, they develop broad and harmonious minds. This is the development of the mind.

5.Harmony of speech{5}：Harmony in words with no quarrel, no lying, no duplicity, no coarse language, or idle talk. Everyone communicates through sincere and polite words. This is the friendliness of speech.

6.Harmony of being{6}：In our every day conduct, we will not offend others but treat them with mutual respect and assistance, and live in harmony and equanimity. This is peaceful and harmonious interaction.

The Sangha community is like a great furnace which moulds and educates sages and saints by cultivating their body, speech and mind. They are the united powers that preserve and propagate the Truth and liberate sentient beings. The Six Harmonies not only are the foundation for establishing a Sangha community, but also are the establishment of a pure, peaceful and happiness Buddhist family. In addition, it is also the essential foundation of a peaceful and joyful society.
