夜半戲明珠，丹楓掩玉湖。

長亭歌女佇，淚酒送君夫。

It was midnight when I played with the moon，

The flaming maple leaves covered the crystal pond，

I watched as she stood silently beside Chen-ting，

Tears showered into the wine she poured as she waved goodbye to her love。
