T:Tom A:Amy
A:Tom, you don't look good today. What's wrong
T:I didn't seep well last night. My little brother has the tooth-griding and sleep-talking problems. I couldn't fall asleep when he started to talk or grind his teeth in his sleep.
A:Really I am very curious about what he said in his sleep.
T:He murmured, and sometimes he smiled, too. But I couldn't understand what he was talking.
A:I read a report that getting too much stress and anxiety or eating a heavy meal before bedtime might be the reasons.
T:Maybe I should pay more attention to him.
A:You should. Think of the bright side. Although your sleep was disturbed, at least he didn't walk in his sleep.
