Students from Progresso Elementary School in Cadiz City, along with their senior students Christy Anne, Jefferson, Charisse, and others, dedicated their free time from November 25 to 27 to travel nearly 3 hours by bus to Fo Guang Shan Yuan Thong Temple. They engaged in painting the temple walls with the theme of promoting the three virtues: "do good deeds, speak good words, and think good thought," along with the concept of "good learning, good thinking, and good behavior." The aim was to foster the wholesome character development of students.

With the support of Fo Guang Shan, these students used their artistic talents to vividly depict the three acts of Goodness on the walls of Yuan Thong Temple. They carefully designed the visuals, not only emphasizing the importance of the three virtues but also expressing the value placed on academics, critical thinking, and behavior. The positively uplifting artwork not only brought a new charm to the school but also spread positive energy within the community.
Principal Viola expressed deep gratitude to Fo Guang Shan for its support and emphasis on Philippine education. Throughout the collaboration, students could feel the care and support from society. The entire school, including teachers and students, benefited greatly, with even parents actively participating. Viola encourages more schools to engage in such collaborations, working together to cultivate a more outstanding new generation. This year's selection for the TAG Project in Cadiz City is the first time all primary and secondary schools in the city have participated together.
Teachers, students, and parents from various schools expressed their appreciation for Fo Guang Shan's support in education. Such collaboration helps enhance the effectiveness of school moral education and provides more opportunities for students' intellectual inspiration and learning. It is hoped that future meaningful activities like this will receive more responses and support, allowing students to grow rapidly in a positive and uplifting environment.
