Charlesten Agana, a 22-year-old from Bacolod City, who has been a shining example of the values instilled by the Project Management program. Charlesten believes in building meaningful connections with people, spreading joy, hope, and confidence. As the program concludes, he holds onto his mantra "to always do what is right and good." Charlesten, along with his co-completers, has embraced the teachings of the temple, and they look forward to the future with optimism and enthusiasm.
Sherwin Bacani's journey through the Project Management Training Program led him to the teachings of Venerable Master Hsing Yun. Inspired by the master's compassion and selflessness, Sherwin found a deeper purpose in his education. The values of the Three Acts of Goodness, propagated by Venerable Master Hsing Yun, shifted Sherwin's perspective on life. Through these acts, he discovered the potential to create happiness and contribute to a peaceful society, a lesson he aims to share with the world.

Daisy Quizagan, a completer of the program, expressed her heartfelt appreciation for the Fo Guang Shan Mabuhay Temple. Through the training, she found kindness and support that transformed her life. As Daisy steps into the future, she carries the lessons of Humanistic Buddhism and the bonds formed within the temple's family.
John Paul Quizagan, also a completer, reflects on the transformative four months of the Project Management Training Program. The program enriched him with invaluable learnings, nurtured values, and enhanced skills. With newfound clarity, John Paul aspires to continue his education at Tsung Lin University, influenced by the profound wisdom of Venerable Master Hsing Yun. His sister, Daisy, seeks to contribute to her family's well-being through employment, while Sherwin aims to turn his dream of becoming a chef into a reality.
