W:Bread, butter, and salad, and two vegetables come with the meal. However, side dishes are extra.

G:I guess I'll have the 7-ounce. I'm pretty hungry.

W: How would you like your steak cooked

G: What do you suggest

W: It depends on your preference. A 'Rare' steak is very bloody on the inside. 'Medium' has pink center but is not bloody. 'Well done' is completely cooked with no red or pink color. I personally like 'medium-rare,' it is the juiciest.

G: I don't really like my steak that bloody. Medium, please.

W: Very good, sir. Which two vegetables would you like

G: The baked potato, and green beans.

W: Ok, and what kind of salad dressing would you like

G: Do you have Italian

W:Yes. So that's a 7-ounce filet mignon, medium-rare, with the baked potato and green beans. Italian dressing on your salad

G:Exactly. Also, could you bring some more bread, please

W: Certainly, Sir.
