Desires come and go as the wind blows.
Emotions change and defuse as the cloud flows.
Feelings arise and cease as the sun glows.
Let it pass like a cloud without judging or rejecting it.
Just enjoy the present moment.
Without thinking of the past and future.
It is impermanence, nonself and dependent.
No matter how much you love someone,
No matter how much you hate anyone,
All will pass away.
Do not attach to any tension,
It will make you suffer in all situation.
Live in the present motion.
Eat while eating,
Sleep while sleeping,
Play while playing,
Nothing is permanent,
All are impermanent.
Nothing is self,
All are nonself.
Desire is like a tiny drop of dew
which seems realistic but unreal,
If you grab you will suffer.
Let it come and pass,
Let it arise and cease,
Let it change and defuse,
It is the ultimate truth of Desire (kama).
