P: I know. I guess I wasn't thinking.
D: You know, I used to have the same problem as you. Then, I found a personal trainer to help me during my work out. It really helped me to improve my strength and get into better shape.
P: We have a personal trainer at my gym too. He asked me today if I wanted any help, but I refused.3 I guess I was being too stubborn.4
D: You should give him a call. My personal trainer really helped me.
P: Does personal training cost more money
D: Yes. But it's worth. So where in your back does it hurt
P: Right here, my lower5 back.
D: I think it's just a muscle strain. I will give you some pain medicine to take. Also, you should get some rest, and not do any exercise for about two weeks.
P: Two weeks! I just paid for my gym membership! What a waste6 of money.
D: I'm sorry, Peter. But maybe this will teach you to be more careful next time.
P: Actually, it taught me that I never should have joined the stupid gym in the first place.
